Moving from IdeaSoft to Shopify
We also work with stores that are open on IdeaSoft. If you move to Shopify, the theme is not copied one-to-one; brand language stays, the storefront is built on Shopify.
Products, customers, and core content are transferred. IdeaSoft themes and Shopify themes are different systems — that is a migration fact, not a slight. Sellers who stay keep marketplace and operations support.

If you sell on ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, or another admin, we also run operations and marketplaces. If you want to move, URLs and the sales rhythm stay.

Does my IdeaSoft theme come over one-to-one?
Rarely. The two systems differ. Brand language stays; the storefront is built on Shopify. That is stating the work, not talking IdeaSoft down.
If I stay on IdeaSoft, is there support?
Yes. Marketplaces and operations also run in the IdeaSoft admin.
Do products move?
Yes. Catalog and customers are transferred; custom fields are written in discovery.
Do sales stop during the move?
The aim is that they do not. Work runs in staging; go-live stays short.
